Bek's flair for 'out-of-the-box' thinking has led to the creation and execution of cut-through communications, advertising and profile-raising activities for the State Government and numerous local and national organisations.
For more than a decade, she managed strategic communications and public relations activities for the (then) State-owned lottery provider, SA Lotteries, and its diverse network of 550 retail agencies.
Bek's efforts in leading SA Lotteries' corporate communications and corporate marketing activities helped to position the organisation as an iconic and much-loved SA brand, despite the restrictions that came with operating in a tightly regulated industry and within an environment of strong public and political opinion.
Bek's experience extends to strategic communications, marketing and branding, issues management, stakeholder engagement, policy development, writing and editing, social media strategy and digital content creation.
